Worst company for frontend and backend developer

It is a very worst company .If you don't get project work ,employer will put you on benching (vertical resource pool). After one or 2 round internal interview ,they will ask you for resignation.No job security.Here, HRs and other senior employees will force you to join other department and profile.They don't provide you training initially.

Nice organisation but less pay

eClerx makes you sign an agreement for 1 year which is training agreement but no special training is provided. Only shadow training is given. Also the salary may differ from what initially offered. The HRs are very manipulative. Work is okay, mostly back office. Colleagues are copperative. Senior Managers can be a pain.

All of the year you will wait for the increment but you will get 2 % ever who are newely hired (freshred) they will get more saraly than you. But if u want 5 working days than you should go for that.
