Very well organized and trained work culture. Management and reporting managers are very supportive. Salary is too less if you are a new joiner. They are paying good salaries to employees who are working for more then 3-4 years. Promotion chances are not very good and yearly increment is a dream here, Work culture is good and they have parties yearly to boost up morale of the employees.

eClerx work for Comcast and this company helps me in every ways such as medical facilities, transportation. There is no work pressure for those who are doing there job well. During my breaks I always went to the gaming zone which relax my mind and gave me more enthusiasm to do my work best.

The claims payable process is just managed in a very bad way, The overall experience of the company was so poor that only in drastic situation i will recommend someone to work here that too in the claims payable team. We had EOD and SOD to discuss ditto topic word by word. The training which i went through was literally 2 weeks and done and after that you ask anything you will hear this was thought on training. The amount of pressure and work you are made to do are not worth the pay.
