Nice organisation but less pay
Process Manager (Current Employee) - Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra - July 2, 2023
eClerx makes you sign an agreement for 1 year which is training agreement but no special training is provided. Only shadow training is given. Also the salary may differ from what initially offered. The HRs are very manipulative. Work is okay, mostly back office. Colleagues are copperative. Senior Managers can be a pain.

I learned lot of things while working with eclerx.Management is knowledgeable and supportive .Work environment is good and flexible working time. Don't expect good appraisal. Job security is good
