Nice organisation but less pay

eClerx makes you sign an agreement for 1 year which is training agreement but no special training is provided. Only shadow training is given. Also the salary may differ from what initially offered. The HRs are very manipulative. Work is okay, mostly back office. Colleagues are copperative. Senior Managers can be a pain.

Productive and Fun workplace

I learned lot of things while working with eclerx.Management is knowledgeable and supportive .Work environment is good and flexible working time. Don't expect good appraisal. Job security is good

The company is good. The team and the managers are very supportive but there is favouritism and because of that efforts go unnoticed.

Overall the company is good for freshers to learn and gain experience. The compensation is very low compared to Market. For an APM you need to stay with the company for atleast 4-5 years before switching.

Pros

Supportive team and management Can learn a lot of things.

Cons

Mundane work. Low compensation.
