Stressful and hardwork.

Management treats it's staff like slaves, no rest at all, unloading of trucks is made by hands and not with any equipments like forklift or pallets. You back will pain within 2 days. Team guys are good and helpful but management is complete opposite. After you leave work, they won't even recognize you nor help you in references or other formalities that are after you have left and joined other place.

•Yes season time is very hard work for all employees•Yes I believe in such cases like pressure in your work target achievement •Is good•so good•Time management each and every work depends our time. Because of Ecom express working on STD, STA, TAT.• No one is special every day I will enjoy in my working place. But special moments is there refreshment activity in our hub like cricket chess , musical chairs, dance out of the work.
