Not an Employee friendly Company
They do not have a process to be followed and the managements expects their employees to work like robots even on weekends. They say that the timings are flexible but its not true.

Robust & Fun workplace
It is a great place to work in. You get a learn a lot in a little time here. Everyone is reachable including the CEO. Frequent parties are a thing to reward you for your hard work & contribution to the company. You have the liberty to work in flexible hours unless assigned on a shift job. Facilities like lunch, transportation are not available here.

Productive and very much enjoyable office
While working there i felt like my college times came back, it was so enjoyable and fun, all the co-workers where also good. As the company had only 150 members, everyone knew everyone.
