The most useful review selected by IndeedDecent work culture, support of Senior team will be their always, 2 day leave but if numbers are not met than only 1 day, pay is less and Revenue expectations are high.

Good for freshers who are really to dedicate their entire life for the company

I personally feel it was a challenging job. Learnt a lot of things but it is something one cannot do in a long term.
It is a stressful and challenging environment, good for people who can cope up with extensive competition.
