Good Work culture as compare to other Ed-tech.

Decent work culture, support of Senior team will be their always, 2 day leave but if numbers are not met than only 1 day, pay is less and Revenue expectations are high.

Work culture is good, Support of seniors.

Less Salary and some time you have to compromise with work life balance

I personally feel it was a challenging job. Learnt a lot of things but it is something one cannot do in a long term. It is a stressful and challenging environment, good for people who can cope up with extensive competition.
