Stressful work every day

Thard party vendor working, no fixed holiday day, working hours 12 to 16 hours. No overtime. Sometime Heavy (10-100kg) prodact lifting 4th floor up only two man.

Me worked as a Off Team Leader & After im worked in ekart is Hiring Recruiter...So company is good but timing is bad. I'm worked as contract period and + extra 1month worked on E-kart. everything is good, working peoples ,Tl,Incharge, A.M, Hr,and ups teams all higher teams all supported with everyone in field 👏.
