It's a great organization but working in commodity business is tough. The organization is run by fmcg and telecom guys and they know a little about commodity. I was hired and my manager did not know what to do how to lead the business which eventually hampered my growth and career.Their fmcg and distribution arm is doing good

Others paid bad but have done MBA or done higher degree, working in Sunlight and get scolded by Managers.
