Você precisa vestir a camisa da empresa, calça, meia, luva, tudo! Empresa exige demais e paga de menos, salário ruim, benefícios pior ainda, o VA é uma vergonha, R$7,00 por dia, o que você compra com R$7,00?? Muito desvio de função, funcionários no modo geral desmotivados e cansados.

Avoid at all costs

Bonuses that are withheld. Promises broken, no support in the field, Awful load of stingy managers who will treat you like a crook. Customer service who will upset your customers

Great Place to work

The management team invest their time in training you and want you to succeed. The most enjoyable part is working with people and helping them grown and learn. I enjoyed working in different places and meeting new people. The hardest part is all the driving.

Fun and productive company. It closed due to bad administration. The owner did not pay his employees. They had organized managers but the CEO did not cooperate. It seems that he did not wanted to keep working.

At Elite no matter how hard you work or how well you perform your job you will always get treated less then the people who shirk their duties or don't perform them properly. You'll be constantly picking up after other people and doing work they should have done. And if you don't have time and pass on a single task for the next shift to perform, they won't complete it, even if it's vital,

No chance at advancement, Management has an eyes wide shut policy about people at sites who don't perform up to standard.
