Result Oriented, Ample Learning opportunities and excellent team work
A typical day at work would include, meeting targets, regular discussions and interactions with auditors (Statutory, internal and tax auditors) and extended work hours I have been working with the Company from 2012. My experience with the Company has taught me how to lead by an example, how to handle stressful situations, how to prioritize work, how to be a team player, to be responsible and take ownership for yourself and the team and recognize the efforts of every individual contributing in achieving a goal The most enjoyable part of the job was to work with the team, who not only loved to come to work but also enjoyed what they were assigned. Also there would be new challenges and scenarios to deal with every year which would make the more job interesting.

Worst management
Hesitate to describe about management other then the Chairman. Most of the decisions taken by one sided and always passes the employees details or feedback to chairman in wrongfuly.

The best Real Estate brand in south India with a vibrant and challenging work culture.
Embassy Group offers one an opportunity to engage and learn in a challenging job profile. The team is small and the responsibility is large. The workplace is vibrant and convenient. Work-life balance is a challenge but it is compensated with good number of compensatory off's.
