Great place, Salary is less as per market, but other benefits are good like Free Meal, Free Cab, Inhouse Cafeteria, inhouse Gym and Play Area, People are also good except few, its everywhere

Very good place to work for good. Environment. Nice supporting staff good meals free cabs 5 days working 8.5 login hours. Good incentives. Amazing atmosphere.

Working at Encore capital group was pathetic. They pay very low salary, incentives are hard to earn, no rehire, no job security, boot licking and transportation

I enjoyed working with Encore for good 5 yrs. Good pay slabs, great opportunity to growth within the company. Monetary appreciation every month so it keeps employee motivated.

Best time of my life spent with Encore

Management is very considerate and cooperative. Everything is amazing. I would like to rejoin in Encore Capital Group. The people in my team ( internal legal and inventory management) are very friendly and helpful.

Definately a big No for the people who want to make career in IT. Here salary is only good in collection process. Other process are worst in everythin

This company is not for the people who wants to make career in IT. There are many processes here. Only in collection process the incentives(salary goes upto 50-60k or more than that) are good.But the situation is worse in other processes. Apart from 19-20 k inhand salary you can only earn 3 to 4 k incentives. There is a high competition between tenure people and new hires people. There is huge salary difference in salary between tenure people and new hires.

Only collection profile is good to earn incentives.

This company is not for IT people.

Workplace is excellent, minimum stress and excellent team support. They provide free meals which is probably the best in whole delhi ncr. As far as work culture is concerned, they do not stress and pressure their employees. If you work hard and efficiently, you can earn incentives which is way better than most of the companies in the same field.
