While working there I noticed it takes a lot to get fired. The people are nice but the supervisor don’t really seem to care about the workers! But that’s normal

Great Team and Energy

They are a team of professionals, they all care about their team members and co-workers. A strong organization with great energy, 10/10 would recommend anyone to work here.

The company is great

The job is perfect for people that love to be around people all the time as long as u enjoy selling products you will love the job. As long as you like to travel you will love it.

Not bad not great..its a job

I've been there for 4 year, not bad not great it's a job. Pays the Bill's and then some. Good PTO. I really have no complaints. Long hours at times but that comes with the job.

people are really great!

a lot of demo at first then buildback. the work hours are great not to hard of work and you get quite a bit of time off to visit with family there were some days where you had to work on weekends but they paid extra.

Encore

This companies decor and office was beautiful, very clean and uplifting white furniture. I answered the switchboard and greeted all guest, scheduled all meetings and delivered the mail.

productive and fun

working at encore was good some day and bad some day, because it was a hot environment, and that could be iratint sometimes, and the drive was ok but overall I did like the job.

Ran the business

Spent 11 years at Encore and was wonderful for many years. I enjoyed what I did and loved working with my staff. I was thrown into the position when the owner died and her husband trusted me. I am a New Yorker and therefore a chatter and that was part of Encore .

it was interesting.

I sold magazines for 5 years for encore, and they are honestly the BEST magazine company out there. I left because I was number 1 in the company for 3 of the 5 years I worked there, and they never wanted to promote me to a senior manager. they always wanted me to knock doors, when the whole goal was to knock doors and sell things, hire people, train them, and repeat a bunch of times until you have like 7 people you trained to sell a bunch and they would all work for you once you were able to get them to consistently have their quota on the daily. but that was not the case in my situation. they pretty much used me until I couldn't deal with it anymore and left.

traveling all over the counntry and meeting new people everyday

working for a boss who was selfish and didnt care about their employees

Encore was a great company to work for but there was a lot of young people that work there and to much water cooler talk and drama. This is a third party collection agency
