Pay is good. Job security is a concern

If you're coming up the ladder from witch companies, you will find the work culture very different and you will embrace it. The problem is there is not much of a diamond clients in EPAM India which any other big MNC would have. Roles are for very short term and you will find yourself in the bench very often with a team asking you to skill up. They give an excellent pay that rest of the Mnc may not...

Well paying company , not like other service based company. Focuses on training and getting into billable position . If no billable make you do training so overall its good for employee.
