Supportive workplace

Episource is a platform where we get an opportunity to learn multiple projects. Team leads and managers are very supportive. We will get good amount of incentives and benefits than salary. They provide a calm work life. No pressure is put on employees.Cons:Basic salary is very low. Its true that we get incentives. But they vary according to our units and quality. It will be very excellent if they raise the basic salary they give to the employees

Company is good except salary is to low and hike is like negligible . For beginners working environment is good and everyone is supportive but salaries is too low .

Overall company environment is good...supportive employees...I like to work in this company.. salary structure little bit not understand for freshers..they will told u u have 2.1 lakh per year but actually they giving u 1.8 when u joined..
