A true corporate politics company

Most of the projects are in operations onlya lot of regional and language based politics will happenexpectations to work on multiple projects at a timehigh pressure and corporate politics

Pros

good package benefits and they give complete variable pay. good office

Cons

lot of politics, a solution architect will be placed in a operations project, you need to develop scrap weekly presentation reports, One techie should work in 3 projects

Workplace culture is good

My overall experience in Ericsson is good. But pay is less compared to industry. When we promoted to next role there is no specific salary increment, we will get normal Yearly hike 6 or 7 percent only

Ericsson provides a very good work life balance to its employees. No work on weekends, no need to extend hours in the evening and you can carry tasks which are incomplete to next day. Projects on latest technologies such as cloud native and data science.
