Taking credit for the jobs they have not done is the attitude of people now a days in this company.
All the good people in the system have left and now it is left with few who cant even decide for themselves. They really need to focus more on hiring really good individuals who have an attitude to work and not push their work on someone else and take all the credit for the work . The leftovers are good with hiding their flaws. If the Board fails to address this issues at the earliest than all the company will be left is its Name but no good people to contribute.
Ericsson as a whole is a wonderful company to work but cos of few the whole reputation of the company gets compromised. Some fail to understand that what you present is what your represent and One wrong move and it loses its value in the humungous market space.
