Being a fresher , i was looking for competitive people ,but management failed me.They were incompetent and were immature in their approach, so saw no potential growth personally or professionally. they were more inclined towards their revenues than focussing on their employees who were part of the Ericsson family. My suggestion for fresher would be not to start your career with ericsson until your so bad to deliver anything good .Being a fresher you have the zeal in you , dont get trapped into a company which doesnt value your individuality or your ideas.

Their inability to plan well and promoting incompetent candidates is building the stress.No one tries to take accountabilty.

Ericsson is a typical corporate company. It has the highest standards in the Telecom domain. Best working environment in this sector as compared to many other similar companies.Ericsson has a lot to offer for somebody that is starting their career.Flexible timings of work help us maintain a good work-life balance and co-workers are very helpful here.
