The company offers great learning resources while working on the job, work is overwhelming at times. HR is not so great, must keep track of things. Great laptop, and IT support.
Cab, subsidized food, nice canteens, organizational culture, night shift & holiday pay.
short breaks, less pay
Career growth is really slow . Promotion process is worst. If you feel you might get gradual increases then you r wrong. And their salary bracket makes you understand that you can’t get proper hike in future without promotion. Flexible working is only an advantage rest nu thing is great about work place . Higher management is worst ... they only pay attention towards people who are very active and participate in stuffs... but people who work a lot at office are not given attention
This company has a culture which is quite employee oriented. Since I am part of a global organization here, the timings are flexible though sometimes awkward too. Also, whenenever possible, there is lot of emphasis on the choice of work. The managers are cordial(except few exceptional cases) as the top leadership has a very democratic view of how to run the company. The portfolio is massive and hence an employee has lots of choices. Many employees stay with the complany for more than 5 years.
Salaries can be more competitive
If you are working professional way Job Security will be there however JOB Culture is very pathetic.
If you are working professional way Job Security will be there however JOB Culture is very pathetic. Corporate politics is very much there to demotivate you specially when you are from different state.

Nice place to work, supportive team. Work life balance, competitive environment, daily standup, could play various indoor games. Weekly progress review for intern. Mentors are supportive, managment is slow.
No strict timing, supportive, work life balance, free meal coupons
No team outings, no extra facilities
