I am worked in joyful place and ensure 100% satisfaction to our customers.

It is always an experience. I have learnt lot of loan products like personal, mortgage, personal and vehicle loan. Management is v organized and caring. V healthy and motivating. Nothing was hard. Environment of the organization was very nice and comfortable.

Good start for banking mixed culture of microfinance and bank .Can participate in market of mixed customers.good Growth incentive etc.

Good firm ..work life balance ...but salary hike not at expectation. Good start for banking career aspirant. Transfer issues are solved easily..Female employers friendly environment.

The company is suitable for who like to work under pressure. Salary will credit on time and career is safe here.

The company is suitable for who like to work under pressure. Salary will credit on time and career is safe here. But we can't balance our personal life and job because of high pressure. and getting a leave (eligible leave) is very hard. If we ask for a leave the reporting officers will not accept it for achieving the company target. So the employees will not feel a good working atmosphere there. The job timing is 9.00-5.30 but the employees need to work until 8 PM

Not at all good work culture at that time. Cluster head was not a good person , dont have leadership qualities. Organsation , Mostly work in micro finance . Retail banking and other business is not well.
