Salary and venefit is one of the best in industry , team work is very good however personal growth is very much delayed.6 days a week working and 8 hrs management tries to do better work life balance

Workplace was very good for work

Work culture was very good. Manager and other support team was also very helpful. Basically, the SCM team was very good and helpful. There is no problem regarding the salary. We have to work 8 hours in a day. Pick and drop facility was provided by the company.

Overall a very professional and good experience

Learn about different process of the refinery and applications daily.Also learned how equipment's are operated by engineers and their troubleshooting.It's always a plus to view management side of the company as well which I got a chance of that how does a refinery operate under a proposed budget.Most enjoyable part of the job was to learn how to operate different equipment's such as boiler temperature, resizing a pump, valve etc.

They laid us all Off and shut the Rig Down with over 3 months of salary owed out and took over 4 mouths to receive the outstanding funds. I love the people but management sucked!!!!
