Stress ful work culture. Politics and no work

I would never recommend any one to work in Essar as there is no culture. Manager is old and will make you stuck at one place with bad ethics at work.

Slow work culture. Easy blaming work culture.

Cons

Stress ful politics at work. Stand alone as no one wants to be together as don’t want to work.

Pleasant time to work at locations.there will be only weekoff no holidays for yearly like sick or causal leaves.Good work environment and culture.company policies are not good for apprenticeship. They give fev salary and don't have bonus.
