From last ten months I have been working in this organization, previously I had the opportunity to work for MNCs but nothing can match the employee friendly environment of eStore factory.Here I am working as an eCommerce ads consultant which is very dynamic industry to work on but with the support and helpful inputs from team leaders and managers it will become very smooth as you progress. You have the liberty to work on your own in the projects from all around the globe, just you need to have the zeal to learn. Every efforts will be appreciated and rewarded with professional as well as financial growth. This is a remote working environment so there will be no issues which can affect work life balance. months have passed since I started working here as an Amazon analyst, and I have had a really positive overall experience. It's very dynamic job, you have to be open, there are lots of opportunities here, and it's pretty obvious now that you can't expect work like data entry or any mediocre work in this much salary. All the managers are very supportive in this regard. Additionally, supervisors are too kind; how you interpret what they say to you is up to you. They are generally friendly and helpful. Also, peoples are complaining about work life balance its pretty great actually its work from home job; so no traveling cost as well you'll get more time with family. If you're interested in eCommerce, job is for you :)PS: They will return 10 times as much of what you give them (good or bad universally applicable).

Not a good company for freshersUneducated Team Leaders Full of partial environmentI need to work 13 hours s day.No learning No motivation & promotion.Bad leave rules. They are deducting 3 days of pay for one single day leave.You have your one salary deposited with them so you can not speak anything against them.

Good Environment

The people are all super nice and friendly, probably because we are all treated with respect. Really relaxed, family style atmosphere but doesn't stop your ability to work like some places. Great benefits and snacks/drinks provided.No pressure for sells. Open to work on new technologies and new ideas, good colleagues, Mediclaim benefits, good company.

Nice management & good work culture

Management trusts their teams to problem solve, manage time, and produce quality work. Management decision are always employee friendly. Earlier we had a 2 working Saturday of the month but now we have only 1st Saturday of the month working. Very supportive seniors as they always ready to help you in any difficulties. Company CEO has made very smooth policies like flexible timing, leave policy. Work is very much challenging & new so you need to be updated with market trend to accomplish your task. Company also provides mediclaim facilities to their employees & their dependents. The culture is a priority, good colleges, no senior & junior environment, helping CEO, salary is on time, many events, picnic in every months, good learning opportunities make best work culture.

The culture at eStore Factory is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care of employees. Many HR activities and games make you fresh. Some good policies like leave policy, flexible timing. For freshers, good platform to start career. On time Salary & Nice Increment like I got 3 appraisal in a year. Most Enjoyable - Yearly Tours, Events, Yummy Surprises. No politics by senior and management. For management all employees are same. Lots of learning and visibility, CEO has a great vision, a lot of new stuff happening. Open door policy, evening snacks, health benefits makes this place better.

I've been working as an eCommerce Associate for the last 6 months at eStore Factory. The whole team feels like one big family. The types of projects that I get to work here are from all kinds of industries, ranging from health, education, jewelry, home decor & many others. It's a great opportunity to learn and grow new skills! You need to learn new things on each & every day to complete the task. There's a lot of emphasis on communication and how it can be improved throughout the company and a lot of work is put into ensuring the employees feel supported, happy, and valued. Also, free snacks every day, flexible timing, autonomy of work all this things make good environment. Even Seniors are helpful - Alternate Saturdays are off- No salary issues - twice a year appraisal - weekly training - Competitive and yet relaxed working environment. It is a best place to make career.

I would say more like a family.

As a fresher I joined the company and I have always received constant support in learning and improving. Great place to work and environment is very friendly they provide excellent mentorship in training which is very helpful at fresher level and you get the opportunities to sharpen your skills which will help to increase your domain knowledge. The work culture in the company is quite soothing and I never felt any kind of work pressure in past months. I can firmly say that if you work with honesty and give your 100% then there's' no looking back for you. A lot of activities happening around the year like small picnic on every month, anniversary celebration, diwali celebration, cricket tournaments, Chrismash celebration, navratri celebration. In short it is the dream company where everyone love to work.

Weekly training, co-operative seniors, flexible timing, salary on time, twice a year appraisal, no pressure of work, no overtime, amazing work culture.

As a fresher, work is more challenging & interesting so you need to learn so many things. As they have weekly training & supportive senior who are always ready to guide you. Company organizes events & symposium which will help you to get updated about new things.Top management provide incentives in each weekly training program so that motivate you to learn more. Even this is a first company who pay employees for their training & learning. You will get a chance to take ownership of your projects. Friendly work environment, no internal politics. Great work life balance as they have perfect paid leave structure & flexible timing so you can adjust your personal work on working day also. Also got great hike in just 5 month. I love to work here. benefits like salary is on the time, flexible timing, friendly work environment, great learning opportunity, supportive colleagues, twice a year appraisal, Good HR policy make this work place better.

Learned lots of things but No Value of Employees

*Pros* - Ownership of Project - Weekend off - Can learn lots of things in a short time. - Snacks facility - Team Outings *Cons* - Official working hours are 9.30, but most of the time have to spend more hours, not paid extra for overtime. - If you taken a leave then you have to spend extra hours in rest of days to complete timer. Almost 11 to 12 hrs. - Worst management ever. No HR policies. - Project Timers are more important than employees. - Full on politics & partiality. - No employee freedom.

"Good start for someone seeking a career in eCommerce Platform"

You get a chance to work with talented people. Everybody is super cool and chilled mood. Be prepared that you need to learn a lot as it's really big platform. Management will have eyes on your performance so you can expect everything you want at right time. A good number of leaves are provided to an employee Leave encashment policy is there. Get a good support from Senior. Proud to be a part of this company.

Worst Place to Work

Not Recommended. **Pros**: Friendly atmosphere. 1st and 3rd Saturday off. **Cons**: No value for employe, only project timer matters. For 2.5 day leave, they will cut 19.5 days of your salary. Even if your mother is in hospital, you have to go to the office otherwise they will cut your salary for 3 days (Penalty Leave). Official Working hours - 9.30 Hours - but you have to work for more than 11 hours. I wish if there was a negative rating !!

Learn lots of things but no stability of Job

Pros Getting a Good support from colleagues whenever needed help. Can learn lots of things in a short time. Cons Management decision not employee friendly. Only client matters, not employees. Management never stay on words they speak. Not Professional anymore. Performance doesn't matter here. You should become good chamcha also to survive. Job timing is 9:30 to 7, but most of the time have to spend more hours, no paid extra for overtime. If you taken a one leave then you have to spend extra hours in rest of days to complete timer. Almost 11 to 12 hrs.
