The initial salary provided is good but there is no growth in the company. You will not get an appraisal even if you wait for it and will not be promoted if you don't participate in company politics.

Horrible

The work environment is okaish and the Team leaders are the worst. They always play a biased role for the employees they like and give you the shifts you don’t deserve. Recently, i was asked for a reference of my team leader and he literally hung me dry and did not reply to my new employer at all and because of that I lost that job and that shows the work culture of the company. I’d never suggest anyone to work with these a**h*les.

Typical bpo culture. Management and HR are pathetic

No Pros to work here! You will lose quite a lot No work life balanceNo trust in employeesThey cheat their clients by sending incorrect or i shall say manipulated login hours and bill the clients with fake reports.The company makes a good amount of money but shares peanuts with the employees.The company was making money during Covid but they did not do any appraisals since 2020. The top reason being the pandemic.I don't understand as to when the company made money during the pandemic then why there is no appraisal for the employees?

Theres is no work life balance, you mental physical health will go down. There are tons of kpi and sales target to achieve,

Bad, they can change incentives structure anytime, you will get your weekoff on any daysAmbience is good on the floor but it is a toxic jobMentally and physically you’ll be affected

Lack of efficient leaders.

Leaders are being appointed mainly on the basis of their tenure and personal relations with higher authorities (favouritism) rather than on the basis of their quality. No training for leaders to manage a team, resulting into high stress on their team members.

Hr sucks

in interview i was told there will be rotational shifts but shifts were only night shifts that too graveyard shifts.Also training was not adequate and it involved sales that too target based from very first month. I informed my TL that i am on leave but HR Sends me email of no show for three days. Trainer selects best trainee on fact that she belongs to his common friend circle. Worst experience

Productive and challenging work atmosphere

The company has very good product to work on and employees are very dedicated to achieve their goals. Had all basic facilities such as small cafeteria with carrom board to play in break time.

Good Learning

Good work culture , friendly atmosphere. However to deal with top management is some what difficult. Etech is call center so that you may not get proper attention towards monetary benefits as a support staff.

Diversified Culture

Working at Etech wasa fun and very less stressful. It was in western part of India so people from different states of India came to work there and I had a great experience working with them. I learned a lot about different culture through them. Our team leader on the floor and the manager were very cheerful. There were always some or the other activities going around to keep ourselves active apart from work as well. We also had many giveaways for completing certain challenges and also bonuses for milestones.

Productive and fun place to work

I have been working at Best Companies full-time (Less than a year) Pros Given autonomy as a manager which is good Trusted but given space to grow and develop Great people who are always helpful and love to collaborate Flexible working which helps if you don’t live close to the office Good lunches Salary is paid as per market rate which is very fair and also refreshing Have some great products which have huge potential The CEO is a great guy and cares about what we do and our integrity. The CEO also goes out of his way to say hello and see if you’re ok which I think is great. Some of the words to describe him in other reviews such as a tyrant are completely laughable. The business is nothing like what some of the negative reviews say on here! I did have some reservations after reading the reviews but I’ve made my own mind up and I glad I did. Cons The only negative is that it can be very reactive which can mean last minute projects which cause problems with quality and delivery however the company are trying to make steps to improve that which is great. We have also been missing a few key skills in the business however they are always. Advice to Management Apart from turning the business into a more proactive rather than reactive business is the only thing I would say. Other than that, keep doing what you’re doing :)
