Not happy with accounts and HR department.

Joined as TGT but in offer letter mentioned as PRT, received experience letter also of PRT. Had to resign due to medical conditions but after resignation, no cooperation was shown from school side, rude behaviour, had to run after them for four months (every day) to collect the documents.Overall experience was not good.

Good

Overall experience is Good. If individual person is good and hard worker than management recognizes the efforts but sometimes its too late for individual to be known.

please say NO to work in EURO SCHOOL

Very bad management.Principal is a puppet of coordinator . The coordinator is in human. She insults all teachers in front of every one including the students. Too much stress of work , work is always given at the last moment and forced to work for long hours. Teachers are in trauma .Please help them

Apathetic and Unacceptable Colleague and Management Behaviour

I worked in EuroSchool, Whitefield for a month and couldn't work there anymore due to the inappropriate behaviour by one of my coordinators and the principal. Although, my reporting authority was the Vice Principal, who I believe was one of the only sensible faculty members of the school, however, the Principal and the various other colleagues that I worked with, not only actively participated in defaming employees but also blurred the boundaries of responsibilities between the teaching and non-teaching faculty. Questions and logical discussions were highly discouraged and the experience was not short of modern day slavery. The teaching faculty is expected to devote 100 percent of our lives to just completing unnecessary school work leaving us with no work-life balance or perhaps absolutely no time for our own families. After I resigned, the principal also defamed me to another employee for no logical reason and even refused to explain herself when asked. The Principal is however, all talk and no work. There is ZERO empathy, understanding and comprehension from the coordinator and the Principal, when it comes to just getting to know your employees or perceiving the troubles faced by the employees. Although, there were times when I addressed a few legit inappropriate circumstances that the coordinator had put us through, with the principal, there was no action taken, which only goes to say that the amount of dirty politics being played by the employees and the management is far beyond one's ability to even work with a clear headspace. There are multiple taunts, sarcastic comments -

Vice Principal

Working closely with the Principal on a daily basis to ensure the smooth overall operation of the school. Supporting committees of staff and parent that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students. Teaching classes, developing rapport with the students, handling discipline issues and filling in for the principal when required.

Pros

Free car, Lunch

Cons

sometimes working for long hours

Its all work and work with no appreciation and personal life

Day at work: doing all showoff things for more admissions instead of doing something fruitful and constructive teaching for the children. Learned how starting school can be a good business. Management: walks blindfolded, unaware about teachers and staff grievances. co-workers all good natured and dedicated that has only kept the school and the management going on. The hardest part of the job was to keep my seniors happy as all they need gossips and information about what the teachers think about the management. THE ENJOYABLE PART OF MY JOB: being with the children and teach them.

Pros

I dont remember any

Cons

Long working hours, no facilities, no appraisal

I loved my job as it gave me a chance to put in my 10 years of teaching experience in use. I am interested in creating the curriculum for the kindergarten and i was happy to get an opportunity to work as a curriculum writer and designer.

Pros

Open to new ideas

Cons

Got to motivate and appreciate staff more often
