Just as fresher is good. Leaving the company after 6 months is the best advice. Just focus on exprence and not on hike. Because you get only 1 to 2k hike only. Other thing just sucks

After loosing a major client that generated the most revenue the company started to downsize. Some senior managers don't know anything about work but like to micro manage and have bad attitude.

Worst Company to work with..pls do not join

As they have started online recruitment and work from home profiles, it seems good in the beginning. Later on they increase work pressure and if you don't meet your targets they cut your salary. They feel they owe you pay paying you peanuts. TL are pathetic! Join at your own risk.

For a student who is in preparing mode for a competitive exam or for any graduate who is sitting at home losing the knowledge, this place is best suited for such individuals. I did my undergrad and preparing for an entrance exam for the masters this place helped me to keep my knowledge up to date. The flexibility in shift timing as well as days, you can literally choose 5 days of your choice to work in a week. TL's being very supportive and friendly. The environment is very vibrant and colleagues are always happy to extend help. I strongly recommend a job at this company.

I Joined Evelyn in January 2019, Gained skill, enjoy each and every day, a good business trip once a year, birthday celebration every month, Quarterly RnR function, Holi and Diwali celebration with lot of perks and rewards. Management thinks about betterment of their employees. Its like dream come true while working on Evelyn.

Easy to work with the team members and learned how to deal with the pressure. The management is superb. All worked with full of happiness and nothing seems to be much harder but sometimes questions are harder i enjoyed a lot while working with the evelyn.

It's a great place to better your skill as a tutor both with quality and quantity of the number of lives you can touch by helping them solve questions. I learned about the decorum of a company and the quality of service it emphasizes on. It has supportive environment where colleagues help you on your weakness plus it is extremely fun to work around people with the same enthusiasm and desire of helping out the students learn.

The company's work environment can be improved. The deadline pressure must be reduced. Salary hike for FTs is must for better performance. Just free coffee won't get the company any pronounced benefits.
