Exide life Insurance is a slow paced company which has taken lot of time to build reputation in the market and still in the process of doing so. Management wants business but they are unable to help people. salaries and variable payouts are too low as compared to other companies.

Never ever join this organisation at any cost.Worst organisation in the insurance industry.No HR policies...no sales process...cheated with customers....have worst products....no code of conduct.... Worst work culture..... salary hold and cut also.

Not so exiciting for professionals only sales takes place no motivation or employee motivation quality hiring is not done

Not recommended for professionals n carrer oriented. Its just a casual job atmosphere for new comers in insurance industry. Quality hiring is not done to match desired results . Perks to employees are too low. Only experienced staff in insurance can survive based on their incentives . Advisors are not given importance which hinders businesz expansion.

Do not find a typical day with my current employment. Learned the Agency Development. Management is good. Co-workers are nice Do not find the hardest part in my job. when my reporting managers got promoted.
