Focus on salary increments which quite less as compared to other companies

They should think about employees and make some policy for securing there jobs and increase salary,
Stick with the company for sometime you will get your reward
I would suggest EXL to improve the working culture and thinking of the employee so that they do not dominate the new employees.
Shouldn't probably outsource many of the ground level jobs.
They should not focus only quality and productivity they need to focus the work culture inside the company
Provide more trainings and give different type of work apart from daily routine works(eg: Reporting, calling with clients team handling etc)
Last part salary increment as per Experience and knowledge.
