  • Focus on salary increments which quite less as compared to other companies

  • Salary Grids to be Revised

  • They should think about employees and make some policy for securing there jobs and increase salary,

  • I would suggest EXL to improve the working culture and thinking of the employee so that they do not dominate the new employees.
