Salary is provided on time.Canteen is not hygienic.Managers are allowed to carry phones on the floor however Associates cannot.Managers seem to support those who hardly work which feels unfair to the top performers.

It's giod in terms of growth but doesn't retain employees

I learned management, taking up deadline pressure, delivering quality work with 100% accuracy along with optimisation of process flow. Also, got the opportunity to manage a team in a remote set up. Learning and defining new ways to approach the work given where you are discovering ways of doing the same things. Hardest part was overtime during deadlines where we would extend our working hours till 2 or 3 a.m.Futhermore taking calls with the UK client was actually fun. Learning the way they address and greet and working togther with them to find solutions to daily work related issues taught a lot about business communication & data security. Not to forget the trainings we did every month invloving soft skills, data protection, IT security issues, UK culture etc were a delight always as all these new learnings made me ask for more

Fun workplace

It's a really nice experience to work with EXL. They training area is good, they trained with every process knowledge. They are very employees friendly and even seen any baised behavior entertained by organizations. They take on spot action for any misbehavior happens inside the company.

Good for freshers

It's good for freshers but somewhat boring for experienced people. As you get well hands-on in your skills, you might be learning more management skills rather than technical skills. Somewhat it depends on luck where and with whom you get the opportunity to work.

Good, if not the best...

Spent 7 years. Time flew. Only regret is why didn't i left sooner. The salary isn't in par with the industry standard. Very low. The appraisals goes in range of 3-6%. But the process i was part of was amazing. Worked with amongst the best team. And best managers. Learned a lot.
