Improve work life balance
None as of now. They are approachable.
They should manage the work in a way so as to reduce pressure during the peak season. The employee should only work for 5 days a week, maybe 6 days a week if need be. One day rest is mandatory at any cost.
Do not overburden the good performers by giving them additional tasks in order to compensate for people who do not perform as well.
