Fast Paced, no work life balance

Can get overwhelming during the busy season. But if you have a good team, it can ease things. Can work from home. Nobody questions anything as long as you get the work done.

Management is not that great, whereas work culture is decent.

Initial days are pretty relaxed, but also depends on your team. Management level is pretty weak but there is a good team work and training giving by your leads is really helpful.
