Management is great. People are there to help you. You will learn alot. Great company to work with. Work life balance issue but pros qnd cons existed everywhere. Work culture is great
Pros
Learning, Ambience
Cons
Longhours, Exuasted
Dont have much work as what they showcase on team meetings, need management to have skilled personnels that can lead team well and train, groom them so they can bring and perform better infront of clients. Treat and consider employees with transparency on pay scale and designations while hiring. HR really need to improve their induction and onboarding process
EY GDS one of the worst company to work . Be ready to loose your mental health if you are willing to join this company . Lots of work pressure they treat employees like slaves . Management is useless and dumb people . Never recommend any one to work for this company
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Mental health issues, you start hating your job and profession if you start working here.
Better working environment for women and working atmosphere is productive. Employers are very helpful while we join as a fresher. Balanced work life and peaceful.
Pros
Balanced work life
Cons
Long hours
The job at EY is very professional, Work-life balance is not so well looked after. The learning is good but for just certain teams. Its fun but very busy at times, most of the times. Therefore you kear to work in extreme pressure and deadlines.
I enjoyed my tenure here! It's a very nice firm with relaxed work environment! People are respected a lot and encouraged. The work life balance is also kind of good!
Pros
Work life balance, leave policies
Cons
No on-site opportunities, learning curve gets flattened!
Love to work at ey.ii has given me right direction to think and work.Good compensation.Higher management is quite understanding and supportive. You can learn a lot here
Pros
Talented people
Cons
Long work hours
Work related things are highly professional and at the same way fun is also carried to reduce the job related stress. Overall I had a good time working there.
Good job atmosphere, well employee treating company Time to time work. western culture first class office setup International campus good managers Supporting tems
Cons
Nothing
Working at EY is definitely a big thing. The salary provided is competitive in the market. I am working in SAP Domain and there is a lot of learning. EY also does product development in the area of SAP S/4 Hana which is a pretty good thing.
Pros
Competitive salary, Laptop provided to all the employees, lots of learning
Cons
You might have to work a lot harder
No work life balance. For management employees are just revenue making machine. As per their expectation an employee should do the work of two people. EY is always understaffed and overworked. They don't plan. They just leave everything on their employees. You have to work "9" hours per day i.e you have to give them "9" hours chargeable along with 9 hours of admin work.
Pros
None if you are at gds
Cons
More than 12 hours working all year round, No support from management. Unprofessional management, No respect for employees, No planning
they have fixed set of mindset not very flexible , if they work in certain way everybody has to work n that way else u will casted out , over all you have to be excellent at your job there is no way around
Pros
benefits, brand name, salary, company policy
Cons
if you are good in current profile then only u have a say otherwise u will be casted out
Good to work in EY one of the Big four firm, growth wise takes time to move from one band to another irrespective of performance, you might have get transportation assistance if you work beyond 8 pm other benefits remains the same.
Pros
No free lunches
Good to start for a career. Since it is service based industry that offers various services to its clients, the organization is process oriented. You are part of one activity in the entire process cycle, then the data is provided to other teams to perform other tasks. You might come across some bias which is common. Focus on your work and learning opportunities.
Pros
Innovative Culture
Cons
May encounter bias from seniors at times
EY gives a good platform for hard workers and also pays well as compared to other peer companies. However, working at EY has its own pros and cons. You will get a better work and have better learning but at the same time it will be very hectic and work-life balance will not be there. Being at EY gives you a lot of other benefits like Personality development, secondment, global opportunities, etc.
Pros
Good overall development
Cons
Long Hours for sure
I was really happy to work with such a wonderful organization. EY provided all the benefits and support for my growth. I really wish to work with EY again.
My friend works at Ey . It has zeri work life balance. They get work done from interns to extreme levels. Sleep deprived working for nights together . He sleeps at 3 everyday just so as to complete the work given by the unorganized managers at EY. During the Covid 19 situations expect the interns to go on site in containment areas while the seniors are cowards sitying in their comfort zone Pathetic working conditions. During Christmas i remember him returning home at 3 am sleep deprived tired done with life. INHUMANE WORKING CULTURE!!
Pros
experience on big clients
Cons
Inhumane work culture
Not a employee friendly company to work for, pathetic work environment and management team, They don't consider employee as humans, they are only concerned with their needs and work. Too much of excessive work pressure
Pros
No pros
Cons
Long hours and not employee friendly
