Its is a typical big 4 culture. What I like about it was the involvement of higher management, attention to detail and the inheritance need for a quality deliverable. Not for the faint of heart. But a great opportunity to gain skills such a efficiency, time management, detail orientation and technical tools.
The company has a culture of favouritism. People new to the team are burdened with all sorts of work. Management is inconsiderate, over pressurising the new joiners.Pathetic behaviour from admin staff or even the security staff. No need is paid to feedback provided at the exit interview. All in all not a very good environment to learn and grow.
They just have limited clients, no HR policies are put in use. Manager is everything, the resources are hired just for billing purpose. Just another consultancy, never fall in the so called big 4 trap.
Employees are given a flexibility regarding work timings, however, putting client needs at first, the flexibility is not felt, especially during busy seasons. There is a huge learning curve, and a lot of technical knowledge to be gained.
Automatic promotions / increments, Decent compensation, Experience
Long hours, Lack of work-life balance
A great company to work with. Really get to learn alot here. The promotions/progressions are slow, however, it can be due to covid too. The infrastructure of the gurgaon office is great. The commute services really helps to not feel fatigued and work with all zeil.
Good salary. That's where the good stops. If you get a bad manager/partner, you can kiss your life goodbye. No respect for life or wellbeing. They have created zombie teams who follow incumbent managers direction to the letter. Senior leadership actively manipulate employees to squash their confidence to challenge the prevalent bad practices. You only truly realize how bad the culture here is when you join a company that respect you as a human again.
Very nice company to work with. Sometimes work load will be high which is likely in big four companies . You can enjoy lot of leaves in november and December months.
Good hike and bonus. Lot of leaves, work from home
Health insurance, work based on projects
Company is good. There are several teams which have work life balance nad there are several which can ruin it too like XBRL. The work is very repetitive.
Minimal charges of cab
Repetitive work so no growth, micromanagement, less pay, less hike
The work hours are pretty flexible, the client work is good. Although there is a lot of competition among the team to get projects, it pushes you to be at your absolute best
Flexible working hours
Working at EY since 3 years and never felt any negativity about the organization. EY gives a good platform for Learn and also pays well as compared to other peer companies. Very good work life balance.
Work from home, Great health insurance benefits, Better career prospects.
You will get addicted to this organization culture.
Most of the teams work based on clients relationship, and if you are getting project, work then you will be in good position since your billing is reported to client through time sheet
Transport in Pune office with subsidized charges
I found less engagement, project work coming after few years
Great company to work with. You will learn alot. Just you need to focus on work not upto you for some years then growth is for you only
Management is great. People are there to help you. You will learn alot. Great company to work with. Work life balance issue but pros qnd cons existed everywhere. Work culture is great
Dont have much work as what they showcase on team meetings, need management to have skilled personnels that can lead team well and train, groom them so they can bring and perform better infront of clients. Treat and consider employees with transparency on pay scale and designations while hiring. HR really need to improve their induction and onboarding process
EY GDS one of the worst company to work . Be ready to loose your mental health if you are willing to join this company . Lots of work pressure they treat employees like slaves . Management is useless and dumb people . Never recommend any one to work for this company
Mental health issues, you start hating your job and profession if you start working here.
I enjoyed my tenure here! It's a very nice firm with relaxed work environment! People are respected a lot and encouraged. The work life balance is also kind of good!
Work life balance, leave policies
No on-site opportunities, learning curve gets flattened!
