Not a good place to work
Consultant (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - August 27, 2023
Pay is good. But the work you do is very normal and learning curve near to nil. If someone is a management grad and wants to join EY I would better advise him to join another company as you will do all the copy paste work. People choosing jobs should be careful as EY GDS is working in a offshore model where the learnings could be gained only when you work onshore. People who really wants to learn business skills and want to create something of your own, stay away from this firm.

Good exposure to work with great work culture.
Assistant Manager (Current Employee) - Bangalore - August 22, 2023
It's a good place to work, you get exposure to world class technologies and get to work with Fortune 500 companies. Work is quite deadline oriented and hence can be stressful. There is little to no space for mistakes.

Jobs at EY
in Bengaluru, KarnatakaGood
The company is good but the starting salary is very less and work pressure is more. There are seniors who behave as if they are the ones who are paying the salary which is demotivating and work is so much that we don’t get time to learn the technical knowledge

High growth and learning opportunities, good working culture, flat structure just compensation/benefits on the lower end
Consultant (Current Employee) - Bangalore - July 26, 2023
The organization is a great place to start with. It follows a flat structure and everyone from partner to your colleague or immediate senior is there to guide at every step. Ample amount of learning and growth opportunities if you put yourself out there.

Bad management
Consultant (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - June 3, 2023
Bad leadership and management. Highly unprofessional environment and way of working. They only want to keep the clients happy and not the employees. Employees hold no value in that organisation.
Pros
Package and Brand
Cons
Management and Leadership.

Professional but boring atmosphere
Test Lead (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - May 17, 2023
The work atmosphere is great but mundane. Not much ownership is given to work and difficult to learn end to end process. Also the learning opportunities given are not related to actual work.

No work life balance, politics on peak
Advanced Analyst (Current Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - May 11, 2023
This place is for the people who can speak lies without any fear. If you can work in stressful environment then this place is for you. You have to work late at night. Regular working hours are 10-11 on a daily basis.
Pros
Better salary is the only pros.
Cons
Hundreds of cons

Appraisal is extremely baised.
Lead Associate - Audit (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - April 29, 2023
Overall I had great experience at EY, however, when the time came for appraisal. I realized it all favoritism (also depends on how happy your counselor is in at EY) and also they look at the no. of hrs worked and not the quality of work done. Which is a big disadvantage.
