Good Culture

Good company with supportive staff. I would recommend any employee experience EY for once, as they give lots of exposure in terms of learning and company culture. It has been a positive experience for me.

Typical MNC

My team was very supportive. we followed agile software development. Udemy is free. they offer various certifications for free also. I met a lot of really talented and great people there. I was fairly compensated.

Pros

Free lunches during covid, csr actvities, learning oppurtunities

Cons

no fixed seat, you have to book seat in advance.

Professional & Collaborative

Most of us are individual contributors and get a chance to work with senior leadership. Less politics as I have seen. Work/Life balance is neutral. Decent pay and bonus for a standard lifestyle

Hectic but can get through it

Was an assurance intern during peak audit season. The workload was high during the time and senior support wasnt much but must say they did find time to clear queries and helped whenever they could. Would I join back in assurance? No. Would want to be part of EY in some other service line? Definitely.

Productive work place

Its a place where you can learn a lot. people are so nice and the work culture is excellent. We will have a proper work life balance.Getting into one of the big fours is a bit hard but its worth it.

long hours

Company is decent but the quality of work is unbearable. You are literally picking up the leftovers of others and calling it work. It’s not worth it. All the EY teams are not same. Supportive senior leadership, although that varies with the team you're in. Work culture has somewhat dampened due to WFH and seems to have impacted the visibility of employees in their early careers.

According to team the work life balance will change.

There are so many teams innwhich teqm. You are in acoorsing that only you will rate your company.SOME of the team has lot work and presssure some time.

Overall it was a greate experience.

It was my first corporate company. I clearly understood what is corporate politics. Within 2 months 5-6 people resigned from my team. It is one of the best companies but, really worse when coming to individual teams and team managers. This is my personal experience.

It is a great place to work provided you are not in GDS centers Kerala

It is a great place to work . The brand itself sells.A lot of emphasis on learning and vast exposure to trainings and technology.If you are coming to work in Kerala, especially from other Metros pls be very careful.90% of the team leads and managers haven't seen world outside/ never worked with any other companies. So they are here for a long run with less corporate ethics or culture.

Too much politics

Too much politics, back biting. Managers are not supportive . No proper training was given. Team members have too much attitude problem. I wont suggest this place to anyone.
