Good

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
The company is good but the starting salary is very less and work pressure is more. There are seniors who behave as if they are the ones who are paying the salary which is demotivating and work is so much that we don’t get time to learn the technical knowledge

Place for politics

What can you expect in EY?Lot of switches between teams, even after working for different competencies they wontngive you hike or bonus and put the blame on the other compenticy. You should be cunning to survive here honesty and prompt work will only fetch you Performance improvement program

Fun for Learning and Social Life

I had a great opp to wrk at EY but the policies and TL are taking its load. There are times when work life becomes a myth and TL's donot care for your mental health.

No work life balance, politics on peak

This place is for the people who can speak lies without any fear. If you can work in stressful environment then this place is for you. You have to work late at night. Regular working hours are 10-11 on a daily basis.

Pros

Better salary is the only pros.

Cons

Hundreds of cons

It was a good place to learn new technologies and make network.

From learning perspective it is one of the best company to work in because it provides a good and structured learning to all of it's employee you can learn real good and in demand technologies if you get enough time after work but you cannot expect work life balance while in this firm you will hardly get enough time to look out for yourself.

Pros

Structured Learning, Good Salary, Job security

Cons

Long working hours, No work life balance, HR don't help

Underpaid and overworked.

I was there for a month but soon realised this was not the place for me. The manager was very understanding but the overall work culture was toxic. Not a good place.

Okayish. Nothing much to say good

If you don’t have life outside and likes to work on weekends, then you should join this firm. Management will only be concerned of getting its work done from you and will treat you like a mule or donkey

fast paced

good for freshers . lot of learnings and will get a good exposure of working in teams. Very good office and nice cafeteria. Also management is there to help.

long hours

Company is decent but the quality of work is unbearable. You are literally picking up the leftovers of others and calling it work. It’s not worth it. All the EY teams are not same. Supportive senior leadership, although that varies with the team you're in. Work culture has somewhat dampened due to WFH and seems to have impacted the visibility of employees in their early careers.

Pros

pay

Cons

long hours

EY has terrible Management politics

EY was terrible with lot of work stress, Management politics and you never get promoted based on your work only how close you are to your manager. I've seen so many people who got fired because they were not friends with their manager. It's a very toxic environment.

Pros

Only good was my peers

Cons

Politics, bad pay, no flexibility

Toxic and stressful, dont join

Dont join here, instead try going for the India practice, at GDS it is mostly call centre work. Insanely long working hours, toxic and evil management, salary is way too low for the volume of work
