It was indeed a great experience
I joined as an intern and later i converted a ppo at ey gds.Overall experience with ey gds was very good.Leaders are very supportive and helpful.Loved the overall culture.

No work life balance

Not at all good company to work with, high work pressure, they mostly has control c and control v work, quality work is less there, no work life balance.

Its a place where you can learn a lot. people are so nice and the work culture is excellent. We will have a proper work life balance.Getting into one of the big fours is a bit hard but its worth it.

Collaboration to audit

EY is one of the best organisation to work with as it is moving with the pace of the world. It is very fast in adopting the change in the organisation and the people in the organisation are more open to change, there is least friction among the people and they all are ready to work in collaboration. My half day was used on working on the deliverable, reaming on the review and a smaller chuck enjoying with the colleague. I would definitely recommend anyone to work in this organisation at-least once in the life time so that they can have exposure to see how swift the management functions.
