Fast Paced, no work life balance

It is good for freshers as they get recognition in market, but talent exploration is not done. They don't allow you to explore the opportunities. The managers are not supportive to balance the work and personal life.

Good to work if you don't need personal life. The work will go on for 14-15 hrs every day for 9 months and you have to even work during weekends. Last 3 months will be rest.

This is experience for my daughter, some dominated culture team leaders are avoid to grow others no proper guidelines of work for new joiners. more pressure work culture are impact mentality to workers

Dominated culture it is is Bangalore RMZ division, No work support & guidelines for juniors from team leaders, Without understanding work capacity dump work load, team leaders are not aware time line given assignment to down line, Not review & discussion for mistakes or guidelines, Long time assignments expect to complete short time.
