Good exposure to work with great work culture.

It's a good place to work, you get exposure to world class technologies and get to work with Fortune 500 companies. Work is quite deadline oriented and hence can be stressful. There is little to no space for mistakes.

Company overall as per policy is great, but it depends on with which team you are working with. Both onshore and offshore it depends your relationships

The company is good but the starting salary is very less and work pressure is more. There are seniors who behave as if they are the ones who are paying the salary which is demotivating and work is so much that we don’t get time to learn the technical knowledge

Ok. Very fun workplace. Very healthy environment. Work-life balance is too good. Job satisfaction is much better than ever any other firm. Growth and pay scale is much better than other company like big 10s. Employee are too supportive and helpful.

High growth and learning opportunities, good working culture, flat structure just compensation/benefits on the lower end

The organization is a great place to start with. It follows a flat structure and everyone from partner to your colleague or immediate senior is there to guide at every step. Ample amount of learning and growth opportunities if you put yourself out there.

Some teams are really great to work with, some are not that good

I feel that the overall experience depends on the team and people you work with. I found some really great workmates however some were dissapointing and daunting.

As an intern not that much of expectations from candidate but he has to work as long as full time employee have to work with that much of diligence and attention to details.
