Just average and good for freshers to start their career in BPO

The company is overall ok, there's no work pressure, every supervisor on the floor was good and ready to help, except some supervisor, not everything is good as they say, only hiring for US holidays i.e. Black Friday, Christmas, New Year etc.. No scope for promotions.

If you are a fresher and looking to build your career in bpo sector than falcon force pvt ltd is the place for you, they gave both side pick up and drop facility, 5 days working environment, rotational shifts, and when we are talking about the bad experience than I thing haven't face any, Company is good and definitely took care of there employees.

No fun, there was only work

Salary is very low. The tl and some were very good, helpful. Management is ok, but the head hr took lot of time to provide the existing docs, hence ended up loosing all the money saved in esi &pf(worst part). SALARY IS THE BIG ISSUE, NOBODY CAN SURVIVE IN THAT MUCH OF MONEY . ITS ALSO WFO always, no matter what.

To give a summary of falcon experience is that the company is excellent and have one of the best US process it is good for freshers and transport facility +the shifts were also good I worked for 3 months here and yes I have lots of sweet memories of falcon especially the training was so good and also little bit entertaining management agents HR team all our very supportive and helpful the only thing is that Salary is low and it is a contractual base job otherwise It is one of the best BPO.

knowledgeable work with difficult task

the job was quit interesting and difficult but with some scenario's. basically there was an activation process that was activated with the phone which was just sent to customer who live in United states of america, because we worked for US based Mobile retailer Brand. i am object Oriented person and always doing a job according to object. i learned a good customer service skills and how to manage the task when you don't know the answer of the customer query. i love that job because it was the combination of voice, technical and backend. talking with different technical person in remote location to resolve the customer query.
