Continuously evolving, productive, great learning in terms of product, sometimes very challenging

it is a continuously evolving company, one needs to be regularly updated on the process, guideline, productive, great learning in terms of product, sometimes very challenging.Middle management is not so productive.

Lot of learning scope and variant platforms to learn (e Learning, On job learning and direct training and workshops.)

Overall very pleasant environment to work and autonomy on your JOB role .management had stringent target and KPI monthly activities.Strong experience management.

Pros

Free food and transportation. Health insurance coverage for family . Learning new industry concepts

Too many documentation activity. low motivational program. Slow growth

Faurecia excellent to work

International travels, Faurecia thinks alot about employees and take care for them too.Great insurances and health support.Less scope to move on next position may be not before 5-6yrs.Any one will prefer to work but need to be silent and work focus only few things not good when ASR happens but i think it is manager specific.

Productive and fun workplacr

I have been working here in faurecia since past 3 years now. And it is my 1st company and helped a lot in the start of my career. The managers are supportive. But the pay is low which often takes away the interest of an employee.

Work experience was good but but this experience certificate is not applicable for another company because they are making only plastic parts this experience certificate is not enough for steel macking companies

Safe and compact

Not bad to work on that faurecia company.But the salary is not comfortable to me.But the working environment is good.Food and transport facility is better.

Productive and collabrative work

-Work at Faurecia was fun and enthusiastic. Typical work includes designing the exhaust systems according to the customer requirements. -You get to learn standards , GD&T, designing tools such CATIA, Siemens NX. -Apart from lot team building activities were conducted regularly. Cultural festivals within the team. Team lunches, dinners, parties and outings. -Since the company is based in US and Europe countries, onsite oppurtunities can be expected.

Great company

The company has vast opportunities to excel and the learnings can be abundant. Young employes get chance to show their skills by several activities like faurecian of the month, improvement idea winners etc. Processes and methology has been defined of almost everything. Large number of Training sessions are conducted by the company for the employes.

There is a lot of micromanagement, but then again, the country/job location plays a major role. no overtime pays, but work routine is extremely hectic, enabling management skills will help a person to meet the deadlines without having to work overtime.

Good place to work

Faurecia being a French company has core European culture and also respect for every individual country's culture and lifestyle. Work life balance is good, management is supportive, good onsite travel opportunities based on experience and projects.

Management and cordinate and streetness are very good...there is production bs4 and bs6 silencer pipe and there is learn some robot teaching and programing... I like faurecia company
