How do you feel about going to work each day at Fidelity International?

The workplace has a good set up. There is a quite good transport facility for pick up and drop for evening. Overtime employees also get the proper arrangement for late night return.
The shift time is sharp 9:00 am to 17:30 pm so that work and personal life balance are maintained.
Good work culture and employee engagement activities such as Townhall, Employee rewards and recognition, "Pulse" family day, Dhanteras and Navaratri Festival weeks have been continuing in almost every fiscal year.
Besides, during day to day office activities and project work, deliveries and production support, devsecops teams are quite co operative and supportive through many proactive approach as per the matrix and policies, as applicable.
I had felt enthusiastic in my 5 days a week office activities. Almost everyday were full with relevant balanced workloads for accomplishing corresponding tasks within stipulated time frame.
As a whole, it was a quite great experience for me to be a part of Fidelity International through various work in terms of career growth and value added to my work experience.
