Salary package and opportunity to grow within the company are totally in hands of managers and for these opportunities employees skills and technical knowledge shall not be taken into consideration.

Fast paced worklife

Analyst Programmer (Current Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - August 17, 2017

You get hands-on experience with code as a fresher. Testing teams work hand in hand with develooment teams. Functional knowledge is readily available with BAs and you can catch them up anytime. A developer is involved with front end and back end as well. Company culture is a bit bad. Working on weekends without recognition is a norm. Salary compensation for freshers is not up to market standards.

Long working hours, minimum recognition for hard work, salary not up to standarda
