FIL provided me platform to build my career to reach to a respected position. Workplace Culture and Employee Policies are very good .FIL is Technologically advanced company which employs up to date technologies.
My work stint lasted for only 6 months but what I learned that it is technology oriented company with the blend of old and new technology. As a technology person, one will get myriad opportunity to work in different areas.
Fidelity is a really good company to work with and a great place to grow one's career. It takes care of its employees really well and has a perfect work-life balance.
Progressive with ample opportunities.
Salary is fine could be better though.
Employee benefits are fine and at par with other companies.
Can recommend.
I have served approximately 6 years to Fidelity and I only have good things to say about the organisation. Such an employee friendly organisation. Best part that I have liked about the organisation is easy reachability to the HR and management. They are so welcoming
At Fidelity I have worked with Customer Output team where level of politics will surely downgrade your skills and talent.
Salary package and opportunity to grow within the company are totally in hands of managers and for these opportunities employees skills and technical knowledge shall not be taken into consideration.
Fidelity offers excellent work culture and peace of mind. The people are knowledgeable and committed. The leadership offers excellent opportunities to contribute as a team and grow.
Ofders good work life balance.
And thats only good thing it offers.
Below average salary appraisals. No good quality work. Does not offer any learning opportunities.
My experience in fidelity is really awesome . Have got to learn many new technologies and work with on-site counter part . Work culture is relaxed . Free food and transport is provided as add-on benefit.
We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best!
Do these reviews help you learn more about working at Fidelity International?
Great experience. The enviroment is very competetive and growth oriented. Ample learning opportunities along with cultural and recreational options. Highly recommended.
Its a good company to join in later stages of your life for job security and management role . There is less of work there . Additionally , if you are in support team , it is going to be hectic and stressful and management is biased .
Work life balance is good and compensation is competitive as per market.Mangement is supportive and provide support to address concern issue. Overall good .
A laid-back workplace, which is open and has a good work-life balance. Though a lot of processes and technologies being used a quite old. A good place to work if you want a stable and non-taxing job but not for you if you're ambitious and driven.
Can’t say anything but think twice before you join FIL company is good but management is not good they think employees as a slave. Lots of favouritism less growth but yes company culture is good and learning programs are always there to improve employees skills. But evryone works for growth but here growth is less but more in work.
Work culture in fidelity is very good. Management is very helpful and knowledgeable. Got an opportunity to work in Pension department and learnt a lot of important tasks and gained knowledge of finance and administration. Proud to be a part of this organisation.
Technology powered organization. Agile and Scrum enabled delivery.
business functional knowledge. Smart work and innovation lab.
overall excellent company.
It is a really good company to work for due to good work and life balance. It has a helpful and amiable working environment full of young, experienced, enthusiastic and diverse people.
Great exposure to interact with Senior Management.
A captive unit, thus, might get a chance to visit the head office in the UK.
Free hierarchy, hence, escalation if any, is flexible and convenient.
Dress code is American culture i.e. no dress culture as such.
Overall, as my first job, I get to learn a lot and enjoyed working there.
Poor work culture, zero recognition, deaf management, blame game are some apt words for Fidelity International India offices. No growth, stressful environment and less job security would be welcoming you. Free food, though it is now deteriorating in quality, and free transport are there, though.
