Good place to work and grow. Positive culture and supportive management. However, patience is the key as progress model is not well defined. Also, cost cutting is the top most priority every year like any other big organisation.

Fidelity is one of the best company in Financial department. Very quick response from HR or any other department for the queries. Very good and helpful management including Directors and Senior management.

A typical day at Fidelity starts with processing clients application in the allocated time period, while doing other things like replying to the emails, coordinating with other teams by answering their queries and vice versa and making sure that the BAU is not impacted. A lot of things that I learned here are: 1. Building PR. 2. Excel Skills 3. Handling pressure. 4. Multi Tasking. The hardest part of the job is to provide 99.99% quality everyday. The most enjoyable part of the job is the interaction with the Onshore team in UK and sharing the challenges with each other. Talking about the management, they have very high expectations when it comes to quality of work, complaints, unplanned leaves etc. However they are quite supportive as well, especially when it comes to grooming of an employee, be it providing training or grooming the employee for next level.
