Work life balance is very good and perks are good as well. If you perform well, you get good increments > 15% yearly and bonus roll-out is good. Only con will be the health-care benefits are over-priced

I worked here as software engineer for a year, a lot of migration of projects is going on. It was good experience.Most of the time the work use to get over in time. little issue while working from off shore as on shore employees are available only for a while

First of all, in my 10 years of experience, I have never written a good review, so this is an unbiased one,Fidelity I would not say an excellent out of the world workplace, but one with a sensible top level management indeed, u come to office/wfh, do your job and leave, I have seen very few cases where some micromanage stuff is going on,Fidelity can help you or facilitate you to find ur passion, you can prepare for a top level product company without much hassle for work or u can enjoy video games without unwanted calls from your boss, but all these things are done in exchange of salary and growth, now there are very few places which gives salary and mental peace at the same time , so I would suggest join here at 9+ exp with a handsome salary, its a good place to be

Very bad experience working with Fidelity

- no job security, any day they call and turn you out. Very very high iteration rate which management hide- no work life balance. Managers want employee to work whole night and want to see you in office at 9 AM.- Managers are having too much attitude and never try to understand their employee issues- If you need vacation, that would be a night mare.

Managers are complete nuts who have been heating the chair since 15- 20 years and pay heed to leads who have been working since 15 years and crush the juniors. management is pathetic, But learning curve will be good, but pathetic managers can destroy your career
