The organization is really good, policy and rules are employee friendly. in Mumbai's FIITJEE centre's each and every senior is having affairs with co-colleague.

Working hours are Eight and half hours.Working on Sundays as compensatory off.which we can avail on any day of the month. For Faculties it's a good place to work.

Best place to work and learn. Management is relax and supporting. Salary increament depends on centre.Good place to start career.selection process is tough. Full job security. Miyapur centre is one of the best centre of overall coaching institute in india. If you get chance must go.Best of luck

Not towards growth oriented it was too much lethargic culture no marketing activity in a year. Person who workaholic has to work harder and who don't ment to be lazy and both will get same scale of salary and appraisal also.Idiom "Take share bhaji take share khaja andher nagari me gandu raja" kind of situations.

Extremely competitive and stressful

I found opportunities to work as marketing executive, administration assistant, feedback incharge, and councillors as well It was apart from my teaching assignments. I enjoyed my work.there was politics at some level. It changed my approach towards work I had few problems with coordinator and centre head on few issues. Our Chennai director was helping me all the way. Our math hod also was very friendly. I learnt a lot. It changed my life. Now I have my own business home tution. I do take calls on new admission, feed back of students and be a home tutor as well. Believe me fiijee help me evolve.

Flexibile timing that may sart from 7 30 am to 8 30 pm on few days

If you are a faculty/ professor, its a good company to work in. For non-faculty positions, the growth is slow and no attention to your learning, grooming etc.
