Fincare small finance bank policy in best but management not good, properly policy not follow , Colter not good timeing not good branch operation timeing 8:30 to 10 pm EOD Operations team all work hendling mfi & banking related but banking rights not allow

Salary is too Law, Not giving Holiday in Festival, also Saturday...Sunday

I am Working in Fincare from Last 7 years but still my salary is too Law.,My Designation also from 2015 same (Branch Operation Manager)Salary is as per work and last 7 years works experience at Fincare as compair it's too Law,On Holiday... Saturday.. Sunday also we are working.I am requesting to Fincare to increase my Salary and Designation.Please 🙏

Very tough Timing from 7.30 am to no time limit. Works even on Second and Fourth Saturday. NO lunch breaks. Very roude behavior from management. Tough life with low salary
