First Academy Pay & Benefits reviews

Over work and under paid. I enjoyed/loved my job while working at First Academy. However, the pay was not that great, no Heath Insurance, paid time off doesn’t rollover. You cannot accumulate more than 40 hrs. Management would do their best to work around doctor appointments or what not with proper notice. I liked the 4 10hr shifts as well.

No career progression, avoid at all costs!

Awful place to work, ridiculously low wages, stupidly long hours, expected to work weekends, short lunch breaks.There is no career progression. Avoid this place at all costs!

Great place to work

Loved my time there. Staff was like family and the administration was helpful and caring. Great group of people to work with. Would work there again if given the opportunity.

Typical Daycare

Overall working at First Academy has been a blessing. The children are wonderful, brilliant, and incredibly smart. The work environment, however, can be hostile and unpleasant.
